The Influencer Collection enables brands and marketing agencies to establish exclusive influencer collections for different marketing campaigns.

Running different marketing campaigns will require brands to work with different types of influencers. Influencers who promote affordable makeup may be different from both you specialize in promoting skincare for men.

Using the Influencer Collection feature, you can create multiple Influencer Collections to compile and group the influencers that are relevant to your campaigns. 

Create a New Collection
Before adding influencers, create and name your New Collection at the “Collection” tool on the left dashboard.

In the Influencer Search tool, first search for influencers by ticking the numerous parameters available such as Type, Gender, Followers, Engagement Rate, View Rate, Estimated Price, and more. To make the search more specific, you may add relevant keywords and use advanced search operators such as AND, OR, – , “ ” and { }

After the influencer search results are displayed, you can sort and streamline them further; just sort by Relevance, Followers, Follower Growth Rate, Engagement Rate, View Rate, or Keyword.

By sorting the results, you will get more precise results to suit your campaign objectives.

Add these influencers to your personalized collection groups by clicking on the bookmark icon next to the influencer’s name .

Once you have grouped the influencers into various personalized collections, you can track their social performance data effortlessly while managing and optimizing the influencer candidates through long-term monitoring.

Another way to compile Influencer Collections is to search for those who might have worked with your competitors before using the “Find Posts” function.

Using specific search terms that are relevant to your industry, you can find influencers who have collaborated with brands similar to your product or services. 

For example, keying in “whitening -injection” (whitening excluding injection) in the ‘Find Influencer Posts’ Search bar will display all posts of brightening or whitening. Click on the bookmark icon at the influencer profile to add to your collection.

Once added, these collections will display the group of influencers you have saved and display their social media data in real time.

Another example to build your niche influencer collection is to key in competitor keywords. In the example below, by keying in “bonito” in the Find Posts search bar, KOL Radar will display all posts that contain the keyword in the results. 

You could then further finetune the post results according to Relevance, Engagements, Views, Likes, Comments, or Published Date so you can get more accurate results.

Once you have compiled the influencers into specific collections that you’ve segregated by niche, you can give them specific names to have proper and easy identification when managing these influencer collections.

You may view the influencer collections using two types of view: Grid view or List view. The Grid view will display the influencer’s profile photo and some basic social media information such as their social media name, platforms, topics, and number of followers. The information displayed is minimal, but you get a good overall picture of the influencers’ images and types at one glance.

However, switching to the List view will give you more details about the influencers. Their social media information is displayed in a table format which you can scroll from left to right. The social media data include K-score, Followers, Engagement Rate, Video View Rate, Number of Posts, Average Likes, Average Comments, Average Shares, Average Engagements, Average Video Views and a Delete button.

This allows social media managers or brand managers to view useful data of each influencer and compare them on KOL Radar’s platform easily without the need to export the data.

To manage the collections, you have the option to Rename the Collection, Export, Duplicate, or Delete the Collection with just a click of a button. Furthermore, you can also add influencers by simply clicking on the “Add influencer” button and typing in the influencer name in the search box that appears.

With these handy tools, you can manage, filter, and sort the influencers you have selected without being overwhelmed by too many choices on the “Influencer Search” page. As you streamline the influencers by comparing their social performance data, you’ll have the flexibility to add and delete them, too.

The Influencer Collection tab also includes an easy export feature to enable you to export influencers’ social media platforms’ data with a single click. 

The information will be downloaded in CSV format which you can open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. There are more than 130 parameters that KOL Radar captures about each influencer and these can be exported. This includes the social media platform, data from the recent 3 months or 6 months, follower count (by platform), number of views, view rate, number of likes, number of comments, engagement rate, follower growth rate, high potential influencer, and more.
